Listen, I’m updating my artfight rn, so here’s another update to a creature i completely forgot to color at one point
Spun up a random pokemon fusion and got lucky enough for it to hand me two of my favourite things: Sewaddle and ghost types!
Rippug: The Unpicked Pokemon, a Ghost/Bug type.
A Sewaddle fell sick and died from an unknown fungal disease, but its restless spirit couldn't quite move on, creating a Rippug. It clings onto what remains of the leaf hood fashioned for it by the Leavanny that cared for it in life.

HEROOK, CHECKMIGHT, QUEENMAKER / bug/fighting pokemon
pawniard, bisharp, and kingambit go to war frequently with other pokemon, but it never says what kind: what if we filled the roles of the other three chess pieces with pokemon specialised for fighting the bisharp line
herook (hero, hercules, rook, rookie) the in-training pokemon - bug/fighting, 375 bst, vital spirit, evolves into checkmight at level 40, 50/50 female or male
checkmight (checkmate, might, knight) the queen's court pokemon - 480 bst, vital spirit, inner focus (+ hidden ability intimidate), evolves into queenmaker after all other pokemon in a party of six faint, 50/50 female or male
queenmaker (king maker strategy) the final victor pokemon - 580 bst, vital spirit, inner focus, (+ hidden ability intimidate), has a signature move, 50/50 female or male
Just realized that the reason I love making friends on tumblr is because it’s exactly how you make friends on the playground as a six year old. No, I don’t know their name but they love mermaids too and built this awesome sand castle. No, I don’t know their age but their imaginary cheetah is friends with mine. You like this show? This was the first one I created! It’s based off four leaf clovers and rabbits, while the shiny version is based off black cats.
I imagine they’d learn Lucky Chant upon evolution!
